Minimap icons can overlap with He3 display on GlassHUD minimap

Description
The top Y position of the He3 display text is currently above that of the map. This makes it overlap with the icons when there's a long list of these.
The icons also touch the sector name and the actual map below. I wish there was some padding in between to improve readability and separation of aspects.

confirmed on clean install w/o CortUI. This is not a CortUI problem.

above screenie taken from FAO screenshots gallery. Dont know if user has CortUI, but I know it's old.
This seems to be an issue with the default alleg artwork.
I feel we should fix this on that end, especially since R6 adds an item to the minimap panel (probe count).
