When on the map view with the R5 client, some black lines can appear around the command bar. This has been reported by Kap. Original bug report:
And some leftovers of something in the command panel.
He also added a screenshot which has been attached to this bug.

I just checked. The parts showing the black lines on the screenshot indeed do not have the exact 'transparency' color (it's still a very dark black, but not RGB(0,0,0)) that the rest of the transparent parts have. Apparently R4 was more lenient with this.
So indeed this can be confirmed as a CortUI bug.
