Command mode info is spread all over source:/trunk/Code/dialog.mdl@107.
Cloak and eye icons are hard to find making maintenance and modding difficult.
Section CortCommandInfo could use an update.

dialog mdl is a mess.
collected random crud all over Dialog.mdl
- removed commandRadarDetectPane & CommandRadarDetectPaneImage?
- removed StationPaneImage? and station display section; CortUI/media/cortui_core_constationdisplay1.png now obsolete.
- changed LocationOnMapImage? to equal LocationInCockpitImage? (without Cloak icon in map mode, which was stupid)
Moved LookingAtImage? to the other Location images
+ added headers
- deleted CloakNormal?
- changed CloakOn? to incorporate the importimage from CloakNormal?
Moved CloakNormal? & CloakOn? to Normal Center HUD (where they belong).
- ADDITIONAL DISPLAYS FOR MAP-MODE
+ add CortTargetGroup? for all target info
- repositioned target info + Add cortCommandModeIcons group for Eye, Cloak, AP and VL icons + add Cloak and Eye icons to this section + add Base hull and shield in minimap mode to cortCommandModeInfoBase
- set cortCommandModeInfoBase to appear in hangar & loadout screen.
- modified target info to appear lower
- set LastOrderImage? to appear in flight command.
