The 'in firing range' indicator overlaps with too many UI elements

Description

When getting a firing range, GlassHUD adds a big 'reticule' over the whole main HUD.

While the color has exactly the right level of getting your attention and not distracting you, it's currently overlapping with a lot of other UI elements, including but not limited to: the throttle, the fuel bar, the target camera and the current speed.
