Add logo and favicon to the installer

The new logo has to be added to the installer as an icon and as the banner in the upper region.

[Fix for ticket #10] Added Sp4wn's banner and Lori's icon to the installer.

The icon currently contains the following sizes:

  • 16x16 (Lori's original favicon)
  • 32x32 (the favicon scaled up)
  • 48x48 (Newtype's logo scaled down)
  • 256x256 (Newtype's logo scaled up)

The logo unfortunately adds an additional ~65 KiB to the installer (mostly due to the 256x256 version for Vista), but I'll leave it in for now.
