Add support for more than ten lines of chat

With today's resolutions, more than ten lines of chat are reasonable and would also no longer overlap with the background image of the hangar. Support for that should be added.

I think any more than ten lines of chat really is overkill -- or at least it would look just plain ugly with the current width. I wouldn't oppose with extra width + extra heigth, however.

It has always been asked for a lot, and since I'm playing with higher resolutions, I'm starting to understand why.

I agree on the current width. However, that's not easy to do, as the width is a fixed number. I.e., I can't say '400px from the left, 300px from the right'. So this probably requires introducing a resolution selection in the installer or alternatively a code change.

Note: if we're going for the resolution selection in the installer, a new ticket should be created for that.
