Description

Give the choice for a totally empty software HUD for FRAPS recording purposes.

There's ​my dialog_minimal.mdl you can use to achieve that manually.

It should be easy to add as a HUD in 2.0 when the code changes are in place though, so I see the need for this.

It's a good idea, but it's actually a lot more complex and needs to touch many areas that CortUI isn't touching today. So I'm pushing this beyond the 2.0 milestone.
